11) My “red flag no-clear” list

I would not clear a player if any of these are present:
• recurrent swelling
• loss of full extension
• joint-line pain after impact or cutting
• clear quad asymmetry
• poor single-leg braking
• stiff/guarded landings
• collapse into valgus/rotation under fatigue
• athlete says “I’m physically okay but I don’t trust it”
• only passed isolated gym tests, not court exposure
• meniscus repair still irritable with rotational loading
